Prices vary pending the hotel choice and dates of travel. Prices are based on double occupancy. Single, triple, and quad occupancy rates are available for most hotels. Additional night rates are available. This is a land only package. Prices and availability are always subject to change without notice.

Special Notes from Sutherland Travel:

	Broadway shows may increase their prices. A surcharge will be advised at time of confirmation.
	Orchestra and Front Mezzanine seats are the same price
	Full payment is 70 days prior to arrival.
	Late booking fee (8 days prior to arrival) is $35.00 per person
	There is no refund for a No Show
	Deposit required. Amount advised upon confirmation of tour.
	Unused features are non-refundable.
	Documents, including theater tickets are delivered to the hotel. Client is to ask for envelope in their name from Sutherland Hit Show Tour. Confirmation card for clients will be mailed two prior to arrival date.
	Holiday surcharges will apply during Peak Holiday Season

Cancellations must be advised to Sutherland Hit Show Tours. Penalties per person apply as listed:

70-30 days prior to arrival-value of the theatre tickets plus $85.00

29-0 days prior to arrival-100% of total package price

Peak Season rate packages-non-refundable . If payment is made via credit card, there is a 4% charge of the total amount.
