About
Heather:
Heather has been selling travel since
1998. She has a large amount of experience in selling packages and tours.
Heather holds a Bachelor of
Arts in German from the University of North Texas, and has studied at a German
University.
Heather travels as she can trying out many packages and tours by the tour
operators preferred by this agency. She also travels on FAM
(familiarization) trips, which allow her to learn more about an area and tour
many resorts and hotels.

provide online reservations with Sandals and Beaches resorts, Mark Travel companies such as
Funjet Vacations, Globus and Cosmos Tours, Apple Vacations, and Pleasant Holidays. You can find their logos throughout the
website to make reservations. Online reservations are servicing
destinations world-wide.
Step by Step Travel is a member of OSSN (Outside Sales Support Network) and
through OSSN holds a TRUE ID an OSSN appointed IATA number. Other
affiliations include Vacation.com, NACTA and the Dallas Better Business Bureau.
We are a USA agency, and
all prices and fares are always quoted in US Dollars.
